When I was 18, I got my first job in a small café near my home. I was very excited because I wanted to earn my own money and learn new skills. My first day was a little scary. I had to serve coffee, take orders, and clean the tables.
At first, I made some mistakes. I gave the wrong coffee to a customer and forgot to bring a dessert. But my manager was patient and taught me how to do everything step by step. After a week, I felt more confident. I learned how to talk politely with customers, how to work quickly, and how to handle problems.
I really liked my colleagues. We worked as a team and helped each other. I also made some friends, and we often talked about our hobbies during breaks.
Working in the café taught me responsibility, communication, and time management. I realized that having a job is not only about earning money but also about learning new skills and meeting interesting people. I will never forget my first job!
